The SWA application asks if you are related to any employee at SWA. If my spouse were to get a job there, would it increase my chances of an interview or being hired?
 
Yeah, my ex-wife got a job with Southwest. A month after she did, she filed for divorce. Good Luck with that!:rolleyes:
 
It would darn sure increase your chances of getting hired, assuming you get to the interview. Who wouldn't want a fellow employee's spouse to get hired on? We have over 1000 married couples, meaning over 2000 spouses. Out of 35,000 total that is a pretty darn big percentage. Then again, I think a lot of them are Captains who jettisoned their first wife for a FA. I guess the data skips over that important factoid. Good luck.
