LR35 Pay?

Anyone know what the average LR35 Capt. pay is (Air Ambulance/Charter)?

I got $350 plus perdiem a day for a charter op couple of years ago.

It really varies greatly depending on the pilot, but mostly what part of the country you're located in. I'd say average is 55-60K.

Keep in mind you're not being paid just to aviate. You are the FA, Dispatcher, TERPS Specialist, Ramper, A/C Cleaner, the list goes on...

If you're talking daily contract pilot rates, I've seen everything out there. I wouldn't do it for less than $500 a day plus expenses.

I have seen Lear 35 Pilots range from 50K a year to 70K. I know we start our captains out at 65K a year in NJ.
