I HAVE seen it online before, you should be able to find it through searches...
I would suggest not paying much for it though, Learjet 20/30 systems are pretty straightforward and borrowing a FlightSafety book may do you just as well!
just a suggestion.

The software I'm using is from PCW Aerospace.

Although mine is for the 35/36, they can probably fix you up.
