Yeah, that's right. I lost my ATP written. I've got the type ride on the 9th of December. I went to the FAA's website and printed off the request form, which must be sent in via SNAIL MAIL! So I'm going to overnight the request to OK City, but I need to get ahold of someone there. Anyone know a phone number for that department? How long does the request take to be filled? Help!Thanks,Shy

866 878 2498, hours are 0745 to 1530 central time.
Be prepared to get stuck on hold for a while unless you call right after they open or right before they close. If you explain the situation and the urgency of things, you can probably get something cooking fairly quickly. If nothing else, you might be able to talk them into a faxed document that at least proves you took the test and what the score was.
