Loss of medical for fumes, what up here?

If you guys only knew, only lived with this, you'd probably understand. Ever had a federal RICO suit filed against for some nonsense you posted on a web board? Individuals were looking at personal bankruptcy not even being able to afford the court process. Now that's rough. And that's just scratching the surface.

They've pulled out every stop. Literally. It's almost unbelievable.

You may be right, but I dont understand how that applies here.
 
I sure hope your not the Captain on a flight that I might be riding on and something like this happens on board. It has happened twice - once on a 767 and once on an A320 ( although i wasn't on board).

If something happens that truly demands some kind of action, I will take it. Period. Just as any professional would.

However that's not what I'm talking about here. Usapa is already well known for going to great lengths, no matter how low, to accomplish it's objectives. This is all part of your DOH orchestration.

You drama queens will cheapen and use anything.

LTD scam or work action for sure! The west had a airbus fill with smoke so thick the pilots could not see the panels till they killed the pack several years ago, no loss of medical for either pilot. Just fall down the jetway or pee yourself and save us this safety bluff USAPA loves to do during the busy seasons.
 
I cant believe some of you guys, I think some of you have officially gone off the deep end.

To make a well known subject like this and turn it in to some kind of East Bashing fest is insane. Many people on these boards may not know how serious these kind of fumes can be, and because of your constant ranting about how its just a USAPA plot to gain seniority they may not take the appropriate action if they find themselves in a similar situation.
The documentation on this is well known around the world, well outside of the East West BS.
There are many reasons one can raise hell about USAPA or any union for that matter, but to take this course, with a known carcinogen that can have permanent and possible fatal outcomes, really speaks volumes about your character.
I just hope nobody ends up losing their medical or worse because of your actions.
Some of you really need to get a grip before it really does hurt somebody.
 
What do you expect from these PFT misfits hired by America West. They can not stand the fact that they can not cash in a lottery ticket. Working under the best contract they ever had and still flying their planes in PHX is not enough. Greed has taken over and they spew about stuff that makes them look like desperate clowns. Kind of like when they tried to convince others and the NTSB that shoving the throttles to TOGA would have saved the ditching in the Hudson. I guess it is why all rejects landed at AWA. Could not pass an interview at a major you went to Mesa Grande.

This has nothing to do with USAPA!
OK hero, what would you do if you were in charge? let me guess you would not put out any info on the subject right? Or maybe you would only tell the pilots you like.

I am serious about the question, you are in a position of some responsibility to the pilot group and you have info that poisonous fumes could be getting into the air of the aircraft that could end careers or worse. What would you do?
 
The USAPA Faithful will take any word from their leaders as the whole truth with no negative intent. Most of all USAPA communications are full of spin and use the words LIARS, LOSERS and INTERNET TRASHTALKERS when they do not follow USAPA's story line and slander the non-faithful. Most EAST pilots want to think what USAPA is stating is pure as fresh snow, but in truth is NYC slush with a little dog poo thrown in. They have used the safety card before( callsign) and are willing to do it again if needed. Wait till the safety survey comes out, good loaded question in there to spin!!!
