Well looks like AirNow has to payup! The EEOC has found in favor of a fired pilot. They ruled in favor of the pilot and that the company violated the pilots rights under the whistleblower act.

Looks like someone in BGR is going to get a nice FAT payout.

Good news. Glad to hear he took a stand on principle and was vindicated by the courts...Too many people would have looked the other way until someone got killed. I'd be honored to work with / for someone like the pilot in question.
