Hi All,

I have about one more week before I get laid off from my Hawker F/O job in Cleveland.

I still want to continue as a corporate pilot and any info or leads on jobs out there ANYWHERE IN AMERICA would be greatly appreciated!

I have read about other people finding jobs on the board and I am not afraid to ask for help. Also keep in mind that I will do same for anyone out there (Quid Pro Quo).

We are all here help each other.

Thanks again!

I remember reading someone's comment about setting up a place (may be even on this forum) where folks could share information about job openings and sort of create our own jobs board that people will not have to pay for.

Recently one of the regular boards announced that they were getting ready to open such forum on their site. I checked back and was surprised to see that they actually did it.

Here is the site: http://www.avianation.com

And this is the direct link to their free job listing/posting area:
http://www.avianation.com/avox/

Unfortunately I do not know of any open job to post in there, but I hope that may be someone else does...

www.avianation.com is a pay site.

Airjobs digest is in our local public library. It might be in yours.

:) Please read my post again.

Here is what I said (or was trying to say):

AviaNation is a pay site, just like others, BUT they now offer a FREE section where people can share information about jobs. Everybody can post and everyone can view. They call it AVOX - there is a link to it from their home page but here is the direct link:

http://www.avianation.com/avox/

vossdr1: Thank you for the tip. I'll check with my local lib. Does Airjobs Digest have a web site?

first 15 days are members only.....gotta go to like page 5 and beyond for free stuff

Is it only me, or does this site actually charge $8.95 a month for the "free" job listings?

:) Yes, it is just you. I have a friend who is a webmaster and he keeps saying that people just do not read. I never believed him, but I am starting to now...

That site has 2 (two) sections.

One main section, that is NOT free for first 15 days. All jobs older than 15 days are free to view (which is similar to climbto350).

The new FREE section, which they call AVOX - is where anyone can post jobs and anyone can view jobs. There are no jobs in the AVOX section because they just released it and not many people know about it. I just think that if many people start going in there - may be somebody will post some jobs.
