You wouldn't happen to be flying for Executive Aviation?

I know this doesn't help now, but I will be looking for someone in about 1 1/2 yrs from now. Flying a Citation II out of FCM, and in that time frame, we are looking to upgrade to a different airplane.

The other guy is retireing and I need to find someone to replace him.

You didn't say what kind of job you are looking for but one of Pinnacle's bases is MSP (Northwest Airlink). They're doing some pretty serious hiring now.
