Anyone got any ideas for work in Denver area or really anywhere in Colorado? I've been trying to find something out there for almost a year now. I would probably even go for a crappy cargo job if it got me out there.

Thanks in advance,

Denver jobs

Just a couple of ideas. I have no idea if any hiring is going on, but a call and/or resume and cover letter cannot hurt.

Wings of Denver Flying Club, http://www.wingsofdenver.com , has been around forever.

Aspen Flying Club, http://www.aspenflyingclub.com , has also been around awhile.

Denver Air Center, http://www.aircraft.com/dealers/detail.asp?Cid=31&guid=fer8e8mi , was at Centennial twenty years ago. I don't recall when it moved to Jeffco.

Mayo Aviation, http://www.mayoaviation.com , is a 135 operation that's been around awhile at Centennial. A quality operation, from what I understand.

Just for the fun of it, let me suggest being a Laker. http://www.greatlakesav.com . It shows a Cheyenne, Wyoming address. I understand its Denver domicile is pretty active. I have no idea at all if Great Lakes is hiring; others will know better.

Hope this helps. Good luck with your job search.

So you want to be a freight dog?

For the bottom of the barrel freight carriers in Denver try:

Key Lime Air - www.keylimeair.com

Sundance Air Inc. - 303-261-0293 ask for Jeff Hamilton (Chief Pilot)

Western Aviators - They're around the Denver area somewhere...

Best of luck....

P.S. Watch out for those rocks to the west.

Just to update,
Key Lime just recently (this week) posted a new ad for Metro captains.....but I'm not sure if they have any planes left.
and....Great Lakes is hiring, as far as I know.
Good luck.
