Does anyone know where I can get some cheap flight time? I have 950TT and need about 250 to hit the magic 1200 mark. I don't care what it's in as long as it flies. Single engine, multi-engine, C-150, it doesnt matter. I just need the time. Can be as safety pilot or as instructor. I've got my cfi, cfii, and mei. I live in the cincinnati area so the closer the better, but if I could log the time rather quickly, i'd be willing to travel for the flight time. If there is someone in the same boat as me, I'd be willing to team up to knock it out doing the IFR thing with one acting as safety pilot and switching back and forth. Or if someone has a possible opportunity to buy a cheap plane and fly the daylights out of it, I'd be interested in talking with you. Let me know....

Anyone, anyone with any ideas, please post here!

You want cheap? Falsify the time. Do it fraudulently. Fake it. Write it in your logbook. Parker pen it. That's cheap time.

Or you could just go for experience, instead. But why go get experience when you can have "cheap time?" Right?

If I hold two pens while I log the time does that count as twin time?

Yep. Close your eyes and you can count it as night too!

...and if you type with two hands with your eyes closed, you can count it as actual, night, twin time...

Hey thanks for the ideas so far. I was just checking out those websites. Looks like some good possibilities. Is anyone looking to share a plane for a block of time and split the costs?

Wouldn't that be considered time in "type"?
