Looking for info about Louisiana Tech CFI jobs

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody could provide me some intel about the LATECH flight department. Do they have full-time jobs or is it all part-time? Salaried or hourly? (if so, how much). General atmosphere, faculty attitudes, Guard/Reserve friendly?
