National Geographic channel aired an episode on the British Midlands accident about shutting down the wrong engine. Anyone have a copy of it?
 
I saw that episode last week on N.G. It will probably be rerun again. Look it up under "Air Emergency"
 
"Air Disaster" Volume 2, by Macarthur Job has an excellent analysis if you're just looking for info. Great series for the literate types.
