Okay, how about this:
In the past, I was busted back to FO for 4 months (originally I was told min. 9 mo but worked hard, didn't put the blame elsewhere and moved on) and was restored to left seat. I also received a letter of warning. Simple question: am I going to be stuck where I'm at or is there hope? If there is, what else do I need to do to get back on track?
I realize this thread will probably generate lots of flames but serious advice would be really helpful.
