His name is Paul Hanzlik, and says he's been there for about five years. If anyone who flies for Southwest could check the seniority list, and confirm he does or does not fly for Southwest I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks all for the help,
CKlimko

I did not see him on the seniority list. I looked at all of the Hs to see if there was something similar and nothing. I may have missed it though!

Okay, thought so. Reason for asking is I post at another forum and there is a person by that name who says he's a pilot for Southwest based in PHX, flying there for 5 years, and was at AWE before SW.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the help! :)

BUSTED!

Did he have a business card as well?

play it out

hey have fun with it

keep playing along, ask him to walk your resume in for you

"I will if I have time this week...."

Yes, please DO keep us informed! It could be quite entertaining. I checked out those sites, and can't believe that people really do that! Must be like fantasy football or something.

Yes, I will. I already sent him a PM asking why Southwest is the only airline that requires the use of VNAV on all flights... well I assume most on this board know Southwest does not use VNAV. So we'll see what he has to say! :)

Complete moron he is... have a read at this recent post.

"yup PHX is by far the best hub southwest has, yeh some buddies i know that are pilots for southwest also listen to the sanners and they hear me sometimes when they know my flight number. hope i sound good lol"

So sad... needing to lie to attract attention.

I'm just a lowly soon-to-become Junior in high school, taking flight lessons, so these types of organizations if you well, are quite interesting to me, as I don't have a money tree out back to go fly in the real-world everyday, these keep me busy. Oh well such is life I suppose.

Regards,
CKlimko

CKlimko, like I said, have fun with this moron, he made his bed, now time for the real entertainment. Once you max it out, post the results here then send him a link to this forum, the most read forum on the internet by "real" airline pilots!

Chalk this lesson up to the fact that lots of knuckleheads in aviation claiming to be space shuttle commander, "friend of Chief Pilot at XXX", typed in XYZ, etc, etc. Unfortunately aviation has its share of shisters.

good luck and keep us posted!

Hey CKlimko arent you on airliners.net as well? I seem to remember you from a long long time ago on there......
Negative. I only go there for the photos... that's about it. Plus I think you need to literally buy an account to post in the forum and such. Like $20 or so.

You've got to be kidding. You think THIS website is the most read forum by "real" airline pilots? No way. It's gotta be some porn website that can make THAT claim! ;)

well.....

with the audience very internet savvy and with laptops at all times on the road, I was trying to be nice.....

:D

Maybe second most viewed website then, behind Jenna Jameson and the girls of Vivid

:p

That is just too sad. A wanabee pilot, who isn't even trying to be a pilot.
Ask him if they do recurrent in a link trainer.

Hey, speaking of that, how will the change to IFR PTS for circle to land affect you guys who fly 121?
