Does anyone know where I can find a "women fly" hat? I have done a search at sporty's and a bunch of other pilot shops online and am having no luck.
Thanks,
Cappy

www.womenfly.com You can order directly from the website, and I'm sure they'll make an appearance at the Women in Aviation conference next month in Cincinnati if you're planning on attendin that.

Thanks,
My girlfriend's hat got ruined when a highlighter leaked in her carry-on.

Is that one of those stupid looking flower pot "hey look at me I'm a woman pilot and we are special so we have different hats"....hat?

Just kidding. They are kind of silly looking though.

I admit, some of the stuff is just a little silly ("OK, Men Fly Too", what is that all about??), but some of it is very cool. I put the huge "Women Fly" bumper sticker up on the desk I shared with 4 guys, and I'll be honest, they were glad when I moved up in the world to my own desk and out of theirs... I now have it permanantly affixed to my new desk. And, noone has ever mistakenly picked up my flight bag thinking it was theirs thanks to the "Women Fly" patch on it.

Take a look at the women fly website above. There's a whole section. I think it's pretty silly myself.

Wasn't Jessica Dubroff wearing a "women Fly" hat just before her airplane ruined a perfectly good lawn in Cheyenne?

My girlfriend flys too. She owns her own airplanes, wrenches on them herself. She doesn't need to wear a hat telling people she flys, it's obvious.

That's the difference between a actual woman pilot and a wannabee..... lack of a hat.
