Longevity Pay for AA flowbacks

My bro is a AA flowback (not nAAtive, so he's a decent guy.)
He needs to know if they get any kind of longevity pay for time served? I imagine it will affect his decision. Thanks.

How about asking someone at the company instead of random people on a webboard? If he really is a flowback, seems like he would know who to ask.

Well, actually, I see the sense of humor has been hunted to extinction on flightinfo.com

And to answer your question, he is on extended active duty overseas on involuntary recall, so his resources are somewhat limited...
So the question stands...is there a resource I could be pointed to see what the exact deal so I can give him a brief?

Rhetorical question - no need for a reply: Oh, and by the way, what difference does it make if he's from TWA or not? (or AirCal, or Reno) It's all one company now. That horse was beat dead a long time ago. It's Sept 2004 - the purchase and integration occurred a long time ago.

All the TWA guys are getting LOS pay from TWA and AA when they come to Eagle as flowbacks. They're the only flowbacks I have any respect for or can tolerate at all. Only guys I've ever met that were screwed over worse by AMR/APA than the rest of us.
