If you Mesaba pilots think this is the last pay cut you will take, you are in for it. You guys gave this one up too easily. They will come back for more, and your pilot group will take another small percentage pay cut. You are not the first pilot group to be had, nor the last. Good luck in the future. It will not end with this TA. Look at Comair, United, Delta, US Airways, etc. None of these airlines were satisfied with just one pay cut. Management takes little at a time so it does not seem so drastic. It seems like history repeats itself every month in this industry. We all have such short-term memories.
