I know this question has probably been asked, answered, argued, and mulled over since Orville went to log his first flight but please humor me anyway.
I recently started flying copilot in a BE-20 Part 91. I am not typed in the King Air but I do have my AMEL and MEI. The Captian is not a ATP or Instructor so I cannot log the flights as dual recieved. I am sole manipulator of the controls occationaly. Should I log this time? These are the things I'm thinking of:
Am A FAA legal to fly it? Yes (under 12,500)
Could I fly it as sole PIC according to insurance? Hell No
Would it be logical that I be flying it under the supervision of an experienced jet pilot? Yes
Does it look like something believeable or worthwhile in my log book? That is the question.
What do you all think of my logic? Would you log it (even partialy?)
