Logging FTD time

Does anyone know the proper way to log FTD time in your logbook. I've heard three different ways, and I'm still waiting on the FSDO's interpretation.

They won't know, either.

And just because they say so, doesn't make it true.

Trainerjet is correct: the FSDO level does not hold authority to interpret any regulation, and an opinion at that level holds no more authority than your own.
