I had the same question about Linux.

It may be your best bet is one of those excel spreadsheets that would be compatible with MS-Office for Mac or conversable to another Mac format.

Are you running OS X?

I was considering writing one for OS X sometime this Summer - purely for personal reasons, but if there's enough interest, I'd polish it for general consumption and make it available to anyone that's interested.

I'm not going to start on it until after finals (which are next week), and it might take me a couple of months to get it to a point where I think it's ready for prime time. I plan on allowing the import of Excel spreadsheets, so that's an option at least until then.

I'm not super familiar with the Carbon API on the Mac, but if adjusting my code to work on OS 9 is relatively easy, I'll do that at some point as well - I realize the majority of Mac users are still running some flavor of 9.
