Lockheed-Martin studies Patriots on F-15C's

Apparently, Lockheed-Martin is proposing putting PAC-3 Patriots on F-15Cs for ABM/Anti Cruise Missile work.

It just appears to be a concept study right now.

Raytheon is also considering a hybrid AIM-120 motor with an AIM-9X seeker and new second stage motor for similar use.

AFAIK, cancelled after a successful test on an obsolete satellite in 1985. Either that, or it went "black", because you aren't going to find out much after that in public.
