We're in week 3 and it's starting to look decent for ExpressJet. I know all the haters won't enjoy hearing this, but it's true. Many flights going out with 30+ and some routes nearly full (47 today ONT-TUS for example.) Hell, the first day saw a 43 from Spokane to ONT. Wish us luck.

i wish us luck

Best of luck to all of you at XJT. Quality regional airlines are few and far between.

I've heard that a 100% load factor won't pay the bills though.

I think you've got a tough, if not impossible road ahead. Good luck.

Do you have a credible source where you heard this? Your neighbors yardman is the second cousin to the janitor at the training center, and he heard it at the rest rooms in bar on Greens Road?

Well, Boyd was an Indy hater but he ended up being pretty spot on... but I haven't seen his critique of xjet. Xjet is a very different business model from flyi in all respects but one- the high seat mile cost RJ. I'd love to see Xjet prove Boyd wrong though.

I truly wish all you and your families well....but I hope that comes in the form of a new codeshare and away from a new airline we all know this industry doesn't need.

Doesn't need?? We're going after niche markets...how can you say that? The last thing we need is another code share.

Look over his/her previous posts and you tell me if this turd has ever had a credible source? Nothing but flamebait!

Good Job and good luck. Express has always been a class act.

the best thing i have seen on this thread was that "NonUnion" was banned!! That just made my forum reading day!!!

Maybe XJet has the right mix of code share and branded flying to keep it profitable?

So if RJ's are unprofitable, why contaminate mainlines with them? What pixie dust does a major provide that suddenly makes them profitable?
