LOA for AMU and POLAR

I am planning a trip which I have done many times with a different company from the West Coat USA to Northern Scandanavia non stop.

There is no LOA for this aircraft (GV) for AMU and Polar and we have not got the time to get one.

My question:

Will this create an issue with the FAA if I flew with out it this once?
