Hey Gentlemen!

I searched through previous posts and did not find the answers I am looking for, so that is why you see another Lear 45 post.

For typical operating weights, what is the rate of climb in the 30's and even 40's?

I know there is a book profile, but what do you guys generally use for a climb profile?

Obviously, all other factors considered, will she still do .80 at FL450?

What are fuel burns typically in the 40's?

Had a conversation with another guy the other day about mid-size jets and we talked heavily about the 45 so I just had these curiousities. I've heard about the mx issues, but other than that I'm very impressed with the overall performance of the airplane. Thanks in advance for your answers!!!

-1500-2000 fpm climb in the 30's
- Climb speed 250-270 kts then .7-.74 mach
-.80 At 450 yes, and .81 sometimes (Indicated and also True Mach with ADC)
- FL450 1200-1250 lbs total per hour, depending on -+ ISA
- FL 430 @ 1300 lbs total per hour
-FL 410 @ 1340-1400 lbs total per hour
- I have seen 500 TAS at FL280 several times with ISA +19 temps

It's not that great, don't get too excited. The ONLY thing good about the 40/45 is the acceleration at altitude when you level off. And, that's only in the BR engine. Other than that, the plane blows in my opinion.
