How many pounds of total fuel do you land with in the lear 60?

Would you consider 1100lbs of total fuel pushing the limits??

The problem I am seeing is with full fuel I have 330lbs of useful load left.
So to stay inside the take off weight we leave fuel behind. Then rather than making a fuel stop we fly at .73 and sweat the destination as we are low on fuel.

I can't believe the 60 has such a poor useful load once it is topped off. I don't remember the lear 35 being like that.

1. Where are you going?
2. Can you make a fuel stop?
3. What is the BOW of your airplane

We can do full tanks, 4 pax + bags.

I personally don't sweat fuel. I will make a fuel stop if need be.

The Lear 60 wing IS the Lear 31 wing. Thats why the load is so bad. It needs a bigger (ie 45) wing on it.

Highly Loaded wing watch the the "1C"-"E" or whatever you are flying (ie...fuel at dest.)...1200 to 1800 lbs dest. .73-.74 will increase the distance and I rarely see 1800 the 1st hour(-)...but you can pull it back to 1200/hr or a little less. Rare to see Hawaii or Transcontinental...wet footprint and winds kill ya!!! Best of luck!
