I can't help you with many specifics, but I knew a pilot who worked there flying checks from cleveland to toledo to (I want to say Defiance?). He did a trip out in the morning, then sat around for 8 hours, then did a trip home. He said the equipment was generally safe - he flew a 310 - and he seemed to really like the management. The only thing I could remember him griping about was the waiting around for 8 hours in an FBO in the middle of nowhere. Hope this helped.
