I recently has to replace a part on my lightspeeds because one of them broke. Not only did they do it for free, they gave me new ear pads too. Cost=nada, and I was not even the original owner of the headsets. I called, spoke with real people for change, not some computer voice. That alone impressed me. One vote for lightspeed!
 
My experience with LightSpeed is pretty much the same. My previous headset, one of their original 20K models, had a few design quirks that required several repairs. Pain in the neck as that was, the were great about it. They'd even send me the parts to put in myself rather than be without the headset. (He asked, "Are you good with electronics?")

After that terrific service, I ended up buying one of their Twenty-3G models a few years back, and it's been just terrific. The mic muff fell off a couple of weeks ago, which is just maddening, and I haven't been able to find one locally. So I wrote the company, asking if I could buy a couple. Their response was, "Buy? No. What's your address, we'll send them right out."

It's amazing how not nickel-and-diming your customers will bring them back for future business. It certainly did in my case. Wish it worked that way in the airline business. :D
 
I've had the same experience as the above two customers. I bought the 20-3G ANR headset a couple of years ago... Had a problem with the electronics after a couple of weeks, and they replaced the headset immediatly with apologies. I haven't had any trouble at all with the replacement. They're a good company.
