I know there was a discussion awhile back. I see the job is still available on their website.
Any ideas what the difficulty is over there? Pay?

thx

For me, pay was part of the equation. I was making as much flying a CE650 and LR35 as they wanted to pay (and not having to relocate). I also did not get a real good vibe off the Chief Pilot.
But that was my opinion. If you are interested at all in the job, you should pursue it. They have good equiptment and it may work for you.

Both of your instincts are right on. There are much better departments out there that are looking to hire. And you are right, the pay isn't that great for the equipment/operations.

time and time again people say they come away with a funny feeling after meeting the CP...anyone care to elaborate?

I am truly curious since I would love to move back to the Boston area and this company is always looking. Low pay, bad schedule, and a weird CP is too much to get me there now, but I am still curious about the guy in case I ever get to meet him.

Thanks.
