I'm looking for suggestion and formats to write a letter of recommendation. Most Pilots want me to write one or at least start it. I want it to be professional and PERFECT. Just looking for ideas or websites for help. Thanks.

First, I would start by writing more than one. Don't put all the recomendations on one letter (ie. "Letter of Recomendations"). So you'll be writing letters of recomendation. Clearly you have an idea who you'll be asking for recomendations from, another pilot or employer or even a coworker. If it is from another pilot, make sure he's flown with you before. It's not very impressive if the signee says, "I saw him fly by once, and I'll admit, I was impressed with the paint job on that plane." Key words should only describe you personally, and don't overdo it. Words like "Professional(ism), organized, and composed" are good... as opposed to "good looking, funny, and amazingly good in bed" would be bad bad... especially if they are male.

Hope this helps a little more than a little. You may think I jest, but I'm not. Seriously don't talk about the paint job on your aircraft.
