Try www.crewgear.com. I got a leather flightbag that is double wrapped leather around a steel frame for 200 bucks. A little heavy but wears like iron. Anticipate it will be the last flight bag I'll have to buy for the remainder of my career. Check it out. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
