To all you Lear drivers out there: I'm just curious what kind of pay you made your first year as a Lear PIC. I'm trying to find out what is about average so any input helps. Thanks.
 
year 1: 57K plus bennies, per diem, etc.company based in the SE (arkansas to be specific)
 
Depends on what Lear.

Northeast
Lear 35/31 55-57K
Lear 45 60k-70k
Lear 60 75k-85k
