I just saw the propilot survey at the office, but I'm at home. I might go in tomorrow I'll try to remember to grab it, but I'm thinking that it's gonna be in the high 80-90's

Delta AirLite Business Jets was paying their Cpts. 56K to start up to a whopping 61400 after 2 years. Then most of their airplanes went away..
 
Not that I place any faith in the ProPilot #'s but here they are:

Low: 60,000
Avg: 83,000
Hi: 108,000

National numbers, no regional breakdown. For CP #'s add on another 12-15k. Hope that helps...

EDIT: Just realized this was posted on the charter board... sorry. Charter #'s are:

Low: 58,000
Avg: 72,000
Hi: 96,000
