Lear 60 Captain Stryker

Any info on Stryker, Kalamazoo for the Lear 60 Captain. Their add keeps showing up. Looks like they are looking for someone to eventually become the Chief Pilot. Are they dead serious on having the Lear 60 type, verses other qualifications? Any info would be appreciated.

They ran this ad about six months ago. I think it's a two pilot operation from what I remember.

I think it is a crappy position too. I have heard of guys going there and leaving within 6 months. That would probably be the reason for the ad every 6 months.

Yes they did. They took delivery of a new 605 and hired a type rated candidate. They are very particular about hiring with the type unfortunately. I have not heard anything bad about the company itself. Not sure about flight operations.
