Lear 45XR Pilot

I may be in the position to hire a Lear 45XR Captain & Copilot. They will be based in SJU. Does $70K for Capt. and $40K for CoPilot sound about right. They will fly about 200 hrs/YR Part 91 and 100 hrs/year Part 135 for a total of approximately 300 hours a year total.
