Lear 45 Pay

I know this has been covered before, but I cannot find the numbers. Our company is reviewing our salaries and I need the latest salary figures for a Lear 45 captain operating in the Great Lakes region. If somebody would be willing to post them here or PM me, I would greatly appreciate the help.

75k to 85k, thats coming from NBAA and Conklin DeDecker. I personally know some people getting closer to the 90k to 100k mark. I guess it is all what you negoitiate.
