I don't know what propilot says, but right seat usually pays 60% of the left seat. Use that as a guide.

In the 121 world with negotiated contracts, yes. In the corporate world I have yet to see that formula standard. I'm an "SIC" currently and both corporate operators I've worked for pay SICs more like 80-82% of the CA pay. Follow the above advice and you'll be selling yourself waaay short.

Try 40K...then a call to the boss and a whopping 15K raise...yes, I eventually quit. (this was LEFT seat and I didn't know any better then).
