Lear 45 info?

Question for 45 drivers.
We are looking at getting a 45 and I was wondering what recurring issues you find with them.
We plan to fly about 300 hrs/year.

anything special to look for in a visual inspection?

Any questions to ask the current operator?

We are planning to do a prebuy @ BAS-BDL and depending on the plane probably do an A, B, C, or D Phase as well, if any of them are nearing the due time.

Do you have opinions about services centers? Which do you like best? Who seems to know the most about the 45?
We are planning to use BDL but would ICT or IND be better? We are based near PHL.

How reliable is the APU and it's accessories?

Any avionics issues? would you recommend the Honnywell insurance program?

How about cabin stuff - like seat operation/oven/mapco/entertainment?

And the big one -- the Lav... any real problems with it?
Do you get 4 hours of range? and what do you use for reserves?
