Lear 31 Salary

I was wanting to get the current salary (avg., high, low) for a Captain (co-Captain) and FO on a Lear 31. It would be Part 91, with a little 135. The job would be in the Northwest (not Boise). Also, how does one obtain a copy of the Pro Pilot Salary Survey or similar info from another source?
