If it's based at DVT I can give you some info. - mostly 1st hand. The owner is a SPAZZ. But, he's fun to work with and fly for if you can handle a TON of flying. His croanies are nice folks, too - they all struggle to keep up with the owner. The owner typically flies 80 to 100 hours a month, sometimes split between the 31 and a 35, mostly for his company. It's all 91 from what I understand.
The CP is a cool guy - but very demanding. If you live up to his standards, he will treat you very well. If you can't go the extra mile, you'll not enjoy working for him. I don't mean extra mile as in B.S. duties. I mean extra mile as in knowing your airplane, procedures, and FARs very, very well. It's definitly not a position for someone not on their game in the airplane.
I think you either really fit this position, or don't fit at all. Good Luck.
