Looking for some help. My company is brokering a deal to manage a Lear 25. I'm looking for some realistic 1st year numbers for pay for 1 captain, 1 FO for 400-500 hours 91 and 135. Also, I need day rate for a p/t FO. Thanx.

LR 35

Here in North Carolina the pay goes from a low ball 135 of $35,000 and pay for training up to $75,000 for a good 91 ops. for capt. Day rates for f/o with 8410 runs about $350 to $450. Most of the NASCAR pilots are on the high end,but do work alot.I will not PFT or work cheap nor should anyone else. Mobs
