Looking for some help. My company is brokering a deal to manage a Lear 25. I'm looking for some realistic 1st year numbers for pay for 1 captain, 1 FO for 400-500 hours 91 and 135. Also, I need day rate for a p/t FO. Thanx.

LR-25 pay

Business & Commercial Avitaion (Pro Pilot, too?) pubishes an annual salary survey, based on geography.

in ATL, F/O daily rate used to be $350/day ($400 for CA), although it's slipping to $300/day. insurance is getting tough too, all F/Os need a type, plus recurrent in the past year to get on the policy.

Lear24 runs very parrallel and from recent job offers from both 24's and 25's looking at 48K-55K captain and FO everything from 12K-35K annual basis. That's first year.

Im an FO on a 25 and get $20k a year plus $75 a flight. We do about 15-20 flights a month so it works out pretty good (around $35k).
