Explain to me the procedure and desired result and indications of leaning the Carbon Cub engine. I understand also the G3X has Lean Assist. I'm all ears in learning when to lean, how to lean, when to enrichen, etc.

With G3X and EGT indications it is very easy. This is where fuel injection shines because the cylinders are typically well matched. No so for the carburated version. Very uneven fuel/air ratios with carburetor. Just pull slowly till it runs rough then enrich to smooth.

With fuel injection you may be able to run lean of peak.
