So you have been introduced to "Them". Them is those people what don't want other people to enjoy "other things".

Notice this dick has just moved into the area, relative to the age of the airport?

I know I yap on and on about the gun banners, like an old flappy jawed cheetah, but these people is just like "them" and "they" don't want you to have things or do things because...because, quite simply they just don't want you to.

We had a buffoon like this near the airport where I fly jumpers. He had moved to the neighborhood after building his gas station/fast food franchise in town. One of his excusess that he wanted the airport closed was pollution...but yet he sold gasoline to cars and the wrappers from his fast food sales littered the neighborhood.

My wife worked manifest at the Drop Zone and she was usually there when this crackpot and his wife would call, screaming that the planes were causing her kids to have nightmares. They threatend to go all the way to capitol hill with their complaints, and they did. We got ramped by the local FSDO guy and he said the "word" came down all the way from DC, from someone who you don't normally get to call and bother at work.

The ramp check went well and the FED realized after many other calls, that the complainer was a crackpot.

Eventually, Mr and Ms 500,000 dollar home with a swiming pool, tennis court and out buildings, packed up and sold the place. Hopefully, they took their wanker little kids with them and moved back to Illinois where they came from.

It would have been realy funny if I would have found the farmer that owned the land next to this jerk and managed to lease some of his property in order to hold machine gun shoots. "the hills are alive, with the sound of music..."

Hey FN FAL,

I notice the people who complain about GA airport noise (music to my ears, BTW) are usually the same people that have to announce to the neighborhood thay they got a new Harley by driving up and down the street 100 times.

Why do you make fun of Illinois? We have a **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED**load of airports, more than any other state besides CA and Texas I believe. Possibly more than CA! Mwahahahahahahaha!

I got a sticket on my car that says Peace Through Superior Firepower!

I pick on ALL the non-NFA states! Believe me...Iowa and Michigan get their fair share of ribbing and jabs with a sharp stick from me. BTW, how's those 200.00 hamburgers at Meigs field comming along? :)

Yea, I heard that. The FIB's that lived in that house complaining about the airplane noise, would be the same ones that think that silencers for firearms should be outlawed. Oh, that's right...they were from Illinois, silencers ARE outlawed there. So much for wanting to do something about noise pollution.

I don't mind FIB's but they should pass a state law keeping those Illinois monkeys that move here to Wisconsin, from becoming state legislators. The daughter of the guy that owned the Brown's Family Chicken restaraunt, moved here from Illinois and is always whining at the concealed carry law when it comes to votes at our capital. Seems to me she has misplaced feelings, as we all know her old man was wishing he had a gun when the creeps came into the joint and started whacking people in there. (if you don't know what I'm talking about, do a search on the "brown family chicken restaraunt massecre").

I think I missed something here. Huh?

The guy who runs that site is a douche: "Closing this airport will allow East San Jose to blossom like a desert flower after rain." HAHAHA thats a good one! East SJ has been a hole for years, but is improving on its own. The area aroud the airport (eastridge and surrounding) has seen a re-vamp with the addition of new shops, and housing prices are going up!

I think this is the same guys who calls to complain about noise 20 times a night. I remember sitting in the terminal building and listening to his calls as the poor ops guy had to log them all. It was funny to listen to them but what a waste of time.

RHV was there before he moved to the 'hood, and it will stay there long after he has passed on!

Long live RHV!!!!!!

Skeezer

I wonder if my sticket would hold up on an A10 machine gun after it was fired a few times, wouldnt it just like burn off? They advertise the sticker on the front of the gun on the A10 with a guy pointing at it.

:)
