LCAL hiring mins?

What does it take to get hired at LCAL? Here are the qualifications..
1) Heartbeat
2) Love getting the @#$% pounded out of you every month by scheduling
3) Love getting your days off rolled every month
4) Love no insurance for first 6 months
5) Love 31 per hour first year
6) Love a weak knee union full of sellouts
7) Love having union brass move to mgt after said sellout
8) Love a PBS system that does not honor seniority
9) Love a PBS system that gives you what it wants to. So little to no ability to determine schedule
10) Love people holding positions in training dept their seniority wouldn't allow for otherwise
11) Love keeping the "powder dry"
12) Love SCABS..We got lots of them
13) Love Capts being able to pick up F/O open time
14) Love being told you will get yours one day
15) Love training on days off
16) Love 3 coach seats for crew rest on Atlantic crossings
17) Love a having your days off pro rated for having vacation
18) Love losing money for calling in sick during vacation month
19) Love 24 hour break overseas. You can/will fly 14-16 days straight.
20) Must really love being fatigued

I'm sure there are more but this is a start. Why anyone would want to come here is beyond me.

Well, because no matter how badly this place sucks now, I think most if not all of us don't believe it will be like this for the next 25 years. And God forbid if it does, I'll still take Hamburg, Berlin and a bigger paycheck over Lake Charles, Beaumont and the constant fear of losing flying to the lowest bidder.

You mean like skywest, mesa, throw pinnacle in threre now, you know they will be a bottom feeder when their BK is over. That thhreat is always there.
