They're still refusing to hire 50% of their folks with a interview from Compass/endeavor so they're not that desperate yet.

Those aspiring to be street hires at DL should be encouraged about such stats regarding flow-ups and their interview performance.

And yes, DL isn't desperate. Richard Anderson (yes, I know he's stepping down) is blissfully unconcerned about their ability to staff the pilot group.
