...Bottom line...If you want out by the end of July, you have until 24 Jun to submit your letter of intent. For those wanting out after 1 Aug, you have 'til mid-July to submit a letter of intent.
I'm sure we'll all try to read into this info in our own way until the real message is released, but this IS the beginning of good news.
