I can no longer quote the exact numbers, but Wal-Mart's fleet is something like 20-25 jets total and around 80 full-time pilots.

United States Department of Defense. USAF, USN, USMC, USA

All of them have very large flight departments. No joking, very good start for a young person with limited funds.
