These NW morons fell asleep...its not about laptops. Its just the excuse they gave...whats pathetic is how anyone even brings up laptops in the media.....do they really believe they were using their laptops and couldn't hear for 3 hours. As well as just forgetting all of a sudden that they have to talk on the radio and land the plane.

This whole circus in the media is hilarious talking about laptops.

Wont they be able to tell what was being done on the laptops? Did they change any files, draft emails, play and save game stats?

I totally agree! It's easier and cheaper to target the "evil" laptops than it is to address the real issue: crew duty and rest issues. These guys should get with the union (the union that's supposed to protect them) and fix the real problem rather than do what politicians do best: treat symptoms as opposed to fixing the problem!
