I haven't been in or out of KLAS in a long time, but it used to scare the hell out of me that they had two different tower frequencies for the different runways.

I never accept them either and announce to ATC that we will not participate in LAHSO. That is, do not have someone LAHS in front of our runway.

I am in BUR too often while airplane are using 15 and 8. Yikes!!! Too many moron's out there and I do not know who to trust.

Slow things down, maybe. Ask me if I care.

Is there any way to avoid aircraft LAHSO your runway when you are landing full length?

I understand the concerns of Lahso and runway incursions, but is there really any way to protect yourself from someone blowing through your runway? Refusing LAHSO only keeps you from needing to stop, which is fine, but won't protect someone elses poorly performed LAHSO from entering your runway.
