I'm relocating to the LA area for school reasons, and I'm looking for a full time job in a charter office working in scheduling or flight following or something of the sort. Any pointers on where to look?

I looked at their web site. Do you know much about AvJets? What duties are required of the First Officers, What the starting pay is, Im just curious.
